- Equality of representation from Primary and Secondary Schools.
- Fitness to travel verified by Medical Doctor.
- Garda Clearance.
Training:
5 weekend sessions and 5 individual team briefings to include:
- Working in the developing world
- Medical briefing and vaccinations from Tropical Medical Bureau.
- Pre-departure and in-country orientation
- Course curriculum and delivery
- Adult Education
- Child protection and working with vulnerable adults
- Development education
- Fundraising
