Course Assessment

Each module of the course is carefully assessed. Participants are required to complete a number of assignments over the year and to keep a reflective journal. In addition their teaching is observed and periodically monitored.

After each module of the programme is delivered, an independent educational consultant conducts a comprehensive de-briefing session with Irish participants. The purpose of this session is to improve the future effectiveness of the programmes. At the session, we gather valuable feedback about the experiences and observations on the programme. The successes and challenges of the programme are also carefully analyzed and action plans to enhance the programme are formulated.
